Frozen on the Brain

Olivia is slightly obsessed with the movie Frozen. If you have a little girl between approximately 2 and 10, you know what I'm talking about. Elsa fever.

She has to wear gloves, you know, because her hands will freeze you. So she puts on her protective gloves, straightens her long blue cape, and waves her arms dramatically, changing our ordinary backyard into a magical icy landscape. She has also been known to serenade me with an a capella version of "Let It Go" when we are cuddled up in bed, which is a pretty awesome way to go to sleep.

For dinner, I roasted a bunch of asparagus and had a giant salad with mixed greens, asparagus, pistachios, and Annie's Goddess dressing.

Later, we tried the new vegan frozen yogurt at TCBY. It's made with Silk soymilk and it's so good! I love soft-serve. When you're an ice queen, a little brain-freeze doesn't bother you anyway.
