One recent afternoon we drove about an hour to Pedernales Falls State Park to hike around and see some natural. I'll make this a mostly wordless post since I think the scenery speaks for itself!
On our way home, we stopped in Johnson City for dinner at Pecan Street Brewing. Tony sampled a flight of their beers. I had sips of each one. I liked them in order of lightest to darkest, which is typical for me. I'm a pale lager girl.

I had the veggie burger with sweet potato fries. It was a pretty standard veggie burger, but I appreciated the sprouts, cucumber and avocado toppings. This meal filled up my tum after the outdoors exertion.
