The past couple of mornings I used leftover cooked quinoa in place of oats. Topped with peanut butter and cacao nibs, as usual. It was so unsatisfying for some reason! I was hungry again an hour later. I will stick to oats.
My parents came over and baby-sat the kids so Tony and I could go see Birdman.
For dinner we all had individual, homemade pizzas. Tony got me a new pizza stone for Christmas, so I thought I better try it out. I topped mine with marinara, green olives, jalapenos, and faux parmesan.
