Chipotle was recently doing a buy-1-get-1 promotion for their new tofu sofritas. I had never eaten at Chipotle before. But I love tofu and I love free food, so I stopped by and picked up a sofritas bowl. It was huge, made two meals for me. The sofritas are basically shredded tofu seasoned with Mexican spices. I appreciated the guacamole scooper's heavy hand, and the whole thing was delicious. I'm looking forward to returning to Chipotle with my receipt to get another one for free.
